Lets Talk About This One Raekwon - Rainy Dayz a classic off the Only Built 4 Cuban Linx. With one of the most anticipated Wu Albums Rae came with it on this with the Lyrical Darts and Top Notch Production from Rza... With so many hits on this album, it was one of them joints you just left it on Repeat and handled your business.

Released August 1, 1995 was the perfect time to drop his Debut album. The End of Summer of '95 was a damn vibe in itself that year. Music was at an all time high, and cats was dropping some classic hits in '95. The album Debuted at number four on the Billboard 200 chart, and number two on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, while selling 130,000 copies in its opening week. The album was certified Gold by October of 1995.

Raekwon hails from Staten Island, NY, but was born in Brooklyn, NY. Rae's style was for the hood dudes the drug dealers and the stick up dudes. His music was straight NY and Grimy. Mafioso Rap was what his style is considered. Its clear Raekwon had his own lane and OB4CL was a clear depiction of what he saw coming up living in the NY streets.

With so many hits on this classic album I can not pick one as my favorite, but if I had to I would say Rainy Dayz and Wu Gambinos are my top two. Just to hear the Clan on Wu Gambinos was fire to me. At a time when the Hip Hop scene was turning to the flashy Cristal Popping personas Rae kept it real with his music coming out in the game. As the Wu Tang Clan was known for the gritty, hard, and real Hip Hop.

So This Morning I Pay Homage to the God Raekwon for my Good Morning Hip Hop Post.

Gain Staging for FL Studio Users. Hello all my producer friends out there. I wanted to share this tip with you all called Gain Staging. I remember when I first started to learn to mix it was a pain and time-consuming. Who wants to sit for hours mixing a song, but I learned this was what I wanted to do to be good at it. So curious to know what gain staging is let me tell you, a gain stage refers to any point in a production where you can control the volume level of a device or track. Gain staging is the process of managing all of these volume levels within a project to achieve the cleanest mix possible. Who doesn't want a clean final mix right? Step 1 Adjust your levels if they're not already to default. You do this in the Mixer and the Channel Rack for each Track by Right-Clicking and choosing "Reset". Do it now or regret it later! This gives you a fresh start to leveling all tracks to -12db. I use -12 cause that works for me. Others use -18db wh
