Peace Morning to all My Hip Hop Family... The West Coast Lost Another Lyrical Genius by the name of Bad Azz aka Jamarr Antonio Stamps a representative of the DPGC (Dogg Pound Gangsta Crips). Bad Azz got known for his feature on 2 Pac's track Krazy om The 7 day Theory LP. Bad Azz was a lyrical beast in my opinion. He was one of those California artist that would surprise you when he spit his shit.

Bad Azz was set to sign with Pac before his death. Bad Azz appeared on countless features making him a go to for that verse you needed for that lyrical cali shit. Featuring on Snoop, Daz, The Eastsidaz, Warren G, and a collaboration album with Bizzy Bone called "Thug Pound."

When people think about the West Coast they do not always associate Lyrical with the west. I have always been a fan of many Lyrical Mcs from the West Coast and Bad Azz was one of them. I grew up in Newark NJ, and I had no problem telling my boys this West Coast shit is Fire. Way before the East West crap. I was a fan of the west when I first heard Ice T and NWA. It grew a love for something I was not familiar with,, but enjoyed the music and who was making it.

I wanted to pay Tribute to this man for setting the Bar for lyrics coming out the West. Lets listen to his music and pay respect to the King. RIP BAD AZZ 💙💙💙💙💙

Gain Staging for FL Studio Users. Hello all my producer friends out there. I wanted to share this tip with you all called Gain Staging. I remember when I first started to learn to mix it was a pain and time-consuming. Who wants to sit for hours mixing a song, but I learned this was what I wanted to do to be good at it. So curious to know what gain staging is let me tell you, a gain stage refers to any point in a production where you can control the volume level of a device or track. Gain staging is the process of managing all of these volume levels within a project to achieve the cleanest mix possible. Who doesn't want a clean final mix right? Step 1 Adjust your levels if they're not already to default. You do this in the Mixer and the Channel Rack for each Track by Right-Clicking and choosing "Reset". Do it now or regret it later! This gives you a fresh start to leveling all tracks to -12db. I use -12 cause that works for me. Others use -18db wh
